About Me

I’m a Registered trauma-informed yoga teacher (500 hrs), Yoga Therapist, movement educator, Ayurveda Nutritionist and Pilates practitioner committed to helping people feel safe, strong, and seen in their bodies. My work is rooted in clinical somatics, nervous system regulation, and radical compassion.

I specialize in supporting survivors of domestic violence, PTSD, abandonment, anxious attachment, workplace burnout, suicidal ideation, and identity-based trauma. I also hold space for LGBTQIA+ individuals navigating dysphoria, invisibility, and the journey towards a harmonious lifestyle.

Whether you're healing from trauma, learning to say “no” without guilt, or simply trying to feel safe in your own skin, I offer movement as medicine. My approach blends yoga therapy, Pilates-based strength, and somatic practices to create spaces where you can breathe, move, and be fully seen—without judgment, without pressure, and always with choice.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about gently reminding you who you were before the world told your trauma was bigger than you.

My mission is to create trauma-informed, identity-affirming spaces where movement becomes medicine and embodiment becomes liberation. I serve individuals who have been silenced, shaped, or shattered by trauma—whether through violence, abandonment, systemic oppression, or burnout—and guide them toward healing through breath, movement, and compassionate presence.

I believe that everybody deserves to feel safe, seen, and sovereign. Through yoga therapy, Pilates, and somatic education, I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore nervous system balance, and reclaim their right to take up space.
