Corporate Yin Yoga + Soundbath FAQ
1. What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for 2–5 minutes to gently stretch fascia, release tension, and calm the nervous system.
2. What is a Soundbath?
A soundbath uses crystal bowls, chimes, and frequencies to guide participants into deep rest, nervous‑system regulation, and emotional release.
3. How long is a corporate session?
Sessions are typically 50 or 75 minutes, including grounding, yin postures, and a restorative soundbath.
4. Do participants need yoga experience?
Not at all. Yin yoga is beginner‑friendly, accessible, and designed for all bodies and identities.
5. What does “trauma‑informed” mean?

6. What equipment is needed?
Just a yoga mat. Optional props include blankets, bolsters, or pillows. We can also provide props upon request.
7. Can this be done in a conference room?
Yes. Yin yoga and soundbaths adapt beautifully to corporate spaces—conference rooms, training rooms, or open office areas.
8. How many people can participate?
Ideal group size is 10–20, but larger groups can be accommodated depending on space.
9. What should participants wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows gentle movement—no special attire required.
